Experienced Siding and Cladding Installers Wanted
Location: Toronto, Ontario
About Us: At CLADDERS, we are committed to excellence in modern cladding solutions, serving communities across Southern Ontario. As we expand our operations in Toronto, we’re looking for skilled professionals to join our team. Our projects span residential and small commercial, incorporating a wide range of materials including ACM panels, Aluminum Composite Panels, Aluminum Plate Panels, Aluminum Siding, Metal Siding, Wood Siding and Composite Cladding.
Position: Experienced Cladding and Siding Installer
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry, sheet-metal, framing, roofing, or cladding installations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of power tools and carpentry tools.
- Ability to interpret cladding shop drawings.
- Must own a truck or van for transportation (Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.)
- A clean criminal record is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of various cladding materials according to specifications.
- Preparation of work sites to ensure safe working conditions.
- Coordination with project managers and site supervisors.
- Effective communication with design teams to solve installation issues.

CLADDERS Exterior Solutions is a leading provider of cladding and exterior envelope solutions for commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings across The Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We offer an integrated solution that includes consultation design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. We are looking for a Cladding Estimator to join our team!
Job Description:
- Review plans, read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Visit Job-sites, create accurate estimates, and material quantities
- Develop a high standard of roofing and cladding knowledge (we offer training)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD required
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Preference will be given to candidates with education in a related field
- Ability to manage and track multiple projects at the same time
- Detailed oriented, organized, good communicator
- Reliable, willingness to work independently as well as working in a team
Offer Details: Commission / Bonus

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
